So much better than expected

I tried other oil-absorbing products that promise to keep my face matte but never did. But to my surprise, this LovelySkin product surpassed my expectation. Even though I am 46, my face is oily. I have to blot and apply powder less than 2 hrs after I apply make-up. I first tried to use this LovelySkin absorber on top of makeup but it didn't last. What really worked was applying a thin coat of this absorber after washing my face. I let it stand for about a minute until it completely dries. You can tell when it's dry because your face feels a little tight. Then I apply foundation as usual. I use a light coverage liquid foundation. 2 hrs later, my face is still matte and not shiny. 6 hrs later, it's still pretty good. About 8 hrs later, my forehead looks a little oily. I will definitely buy this product again and again.

gets rid of shine

When i first got this in the mail, I put some on the back of my hand and got really worried because it felt just like lotion. I didn't think there was anything matte about it. Then I put it on my face, and its so strange, it gets rid of the oil but it is moisturizing at the same time. Soaks up oil, but it doesnt dry out skin. Ive had problems with that in the past but now I have found a product that is amazing.

Really Nice

Although for oil control, I feel this is somewhat hydrating. I am very oily. Makeup is on at 6:30 am and I am blotting by 8:30 a.m. Have used all week and have not had to blot until after lunch. And even then, I am no where near as shiny as I have been in the past. Nice scent as well. A little goes a long way. I would highly recommend.
