I have been using these supplements every other day for several years. I alternate with a full vitamin supplement. Does it work? My skin is in very good condition for my age - of course I use other products (topical) on my skin. I have found ordering from here, rather than from Murad, gets me a fresher product. When I ordered from Murad directly, I received supplements that were ready to expire in a month! Not so from Lovelyskin.

It’s hard to say for sure if I’m getting good results from this supplement, but my skin definitely seems more hydrated since starting it. I’ve only been taking them for a few weeks so it’s still early but I plan to continue using them regularly. Also, a pretty big plus is that I can take one in the morning without a big meal and it doesn’t upset my stomach
