This did erradicate some of my fine lines around the eye. However, I have a deeper one that it didn't remove. My reservation is more to the fact that you do need to be careful regarding overlapping. Also the instructions are not uber clear regarding the depth of use. However, it is worth the price as one laser service usually costs the same price.
