Amazing on my long, straight, fine hair

I love this oil treatment! I leave it in for about 30 minutes after I spray it all over my ends and comb it through. I do avoid the roots, however. It rinses out nicely, and leaves my long, straight, fine hair so soft without weighing it down. I absolutely love it!

a very efficient hair treatment

First I must confess that I do not dye my hair so I can only tell you what it does on natural hair. I have been using l'huille d'Ales for many years. I alternate between l'huile and Phyto masque hydratant (which is also excellent and do not need to stay on as long). You get up in the morning and spray the full content of a dose on your hair, then you leisurely enjoy your Sunday coffee, paper...etc. the idea is that you should leave the oil on your hair for a while to allow it to deeply sink into your hair. I try to leave it an hour at least when I do a treatment. Then I wash my hair. The results are unmistakable. My hair is shiny, thick, healthy.

Great news and not so good news.

First the not so good news: This oil blend has a sticky texture. I don't know if I was supposed to warm it up a little in the vial with warm/hot water before filling it into the diffuser or not. I suppose that I'll try that next time. Because of the sticky texture, a lot of my hair came out. I think i must have shedded 200 strands when i did this. Again, I think that I will either warm up this mixture or use the phyto baobab oil on my strand prior to using this for slip. Now for the great news: This eliminated my breakage trend. Once my hair was conditioned it became noticeably softer and my scalp felt tingly. I was typically losing up to ten strands of my over processed hair FROM THE ROOT when I combed it gently with a wide toothed comb, and that has now been reduced to just 3. My hair is more durable and stronger, and noticeably more shiny and soft. There's even added movement to it. I will use and order again and use a more suitable application method. (4c, relaxed with phyto specific index 2 -which worked but will use index 1 for future touch ups)
