This is a wonderful, moisturizing shampoo for dry, frizzy hair, especially if you let it stay on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing out but, it's nearly impossible to open the lid or unscrew the cap to pour the shampoo out of the tube without the use of a tool. I have a beer can opener in my shower to pry the top off the cap. This packaging needs to be redesigned. Five stars for product, one star for packaging equals three stars.
