I bought this to use in the shower as a foot and body scrub. It dissolves quickly and doesn't leave behind much in terms of scrub. The product didn't do much to exfoliate my skin and was almost useless on the tough skin on my feet. It has a nice smell if you like a minty smell. Also there doesn't seem to be much product in the tube, it got used up very quickly.
