Love it. More hair, thicker and rinses out well. A little goes along way

In 2020 I lost about 50% of my hair. It had been falling out in clumps. This was devastating. I went to my dermatologist and this shampoo / conditioner was on his list of things to do to stop my hair from falling out and to help it grow back. Fast forward 6 months later, my hair has grown and filled in. I have many different lengths of hair now. This product along with a vitamin regime gave me my appearance and confidence back. My dermatologist office was on the other side of the city so I looked online for this shampoo and conditioner and found it on lovely skin for the same price but got 20% for signing up for bi-monthly shipments. It Works for Me

I kept suffering from periodic hair fall until I found the ReTress system, and every time I try to use a different shampoo/conditioner (usually for cost considerations), the problem recurs. For maintenance, I generally only use the shampoo and conditioner, and my hair does fine; if I seem to be experiencing greater hair loss than normal, I simply add the serum back into my routine until the problem resolves and then taper it off. FYI, I am in my early 40's and do not have any medical diagnosis (hypothyroidism, etc.) that would cause hair loss, so I can not speak to how well it would work in that situation.

Great shamoo

This is definitely my go to shampoo. I don’t loose any hair when I use this product. But, if I use anything else, the hair falls out like crazy. It definitely helps keep the hair that I do have, and I have no itchy scalp like I do from other products. Would recommend.

This is part of a hair care system

While I don’t love the conditioner, it is part of a four step hair care system that I really like and has been working well for me. This conditioner doesn’t de tangle or leave my hair feeling soft. It smells good and a little tends to go a long way.

Didn't work for my hair unfortunately.

I have super long and fine hair that is dry, always tangled, and leaves strands literally all over every square inch of my house! You get a lot of fallout with long hair so I was looking for a conditioner to help with that and also help hydrate my hair and make it smooth and soft. I picked this product because all the claims it had were right up my alley and basically said it would fix all my issues. Unfortunately, it did not do any of those things. It smelled really nice(like tea tree), and there was a cooling sensation when I massaged it into my scalp. That's about all it did for me. It was a very thin and kind of watery conditioner that did not hydrate or help with the breakage or falling out of my hair. It actually made it drier and tangley. Also, the amount I had to use to cover my whole head from root to tip was a lot, and I only got about 4-5 uses out of the bottle. It's just not good for hair like mine, and I would not repurchase or recommend.

Love this conditioner!

Finally, something that makes my hair feel fuller and healthier after dealing with constant breakage and falling out due to hormone and thyroid issues. A great addition to the shampoo- both smell great and leave hair feeling nourished. I still have hair falling out but not as much, and I think I am on the right track with this system (I use the serum every night also).
