best face cream for ANY sensitive skin even after a peel/shave

i have SD(face/scalp) & currently use Atopalm wipes, revitalizing complex & mle cream but i am on my 2nd bottle of this new cream with panthenol b/c it works wonders!! i was sick with a digestive problem & could not wash my face for 5 day(gross i know) but as soon as i could i used my Atopalm wipes then applied 1 thin layer all over my face/neck but went back to my bright red /raw areas & applied a few thin layers of this "new" cream . the application did not sting at all infact it was soothing & my skin calmed down including the redness in 12 hours-NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL AWESOME IN A BOTTLE!!!!!!!WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT$$$$$ ****always have a back-up on hand b/c with the packaging you cannot tell when/where you are at in usage.
