Adds softness, filling in wrinkles
Aplies to the under eye smoothly, filling in wrinkles, adding a nice texture to the that area. Which allows the application of facial primers to be applied smoothly, not leaving any clumping. Would be nice if retinol were in the ingredients, can not remember seeing it there.
