Makes eyeliner stays on much better
I use this with the powder eyeliner and it makes the eyeliner stays much longer, very nice and not heavy

Excellent Primer!
I have used many primers before and they were all either thick or would pill on top of skin care. This one is great, it smoothes everything out and my makeup glides on flawlessly and stays put during my 14 hour long days!
