I think this has to be one of the best topical products I have ever used to help with blemishes. It is a very strong product, so you only need to use a little to avoid drying out your skin. It usually dries out the blemish overnight and helps keep pores clean. I only use when I have a blemish or if the skin appears to be breaking out.
