Sticky lip balm

I’ve used the original lip balm (non-tinted) and liked the scent of rose. The texture was okay. It is hydrating so I thought a tinted version would be even better. Hoping for a rosy glow, there is none. The gloss is much darker looking in the jar but on the skin, there is BARELY a tint and probably not very effective in any but the fairest complexions. The big difference is the texture of this- it is heavy and sticky! I got it to use at night before bed but it’s sticky. I can’t imagine trying to use this during the day with a lot of talking, eating, long hair getting stuck to it etc. Disappointing.
