By Terry products are an investment in your future. They are skincare as well as cosmetics. In this case, lash care. This opulent mascara has growth serum to enhance your lashes. I use Black Parti-Pris, which is black as night. For a dramatic statement mascara, it's surprisingly ungloppy and doesn't leave black particles embedded under my eyes. That is, as long as I resist the temptation to use too much and pat a tiny bit of powder over my under eye concealer.
