Not enough power
Although this hair dryer is lightweight, it does not give off enough power. The only power options are high and low and there is only one heat setting. I wanted to really like this item since there’s a travel size, but unfortunately, this will now go in a guest room, and I’ll go back to an old brand from my stylist.

Good hair days
Good hair days since purchasing this dryer. 2 speed/heat settings - thus the 4 rating vs. 5 (wish it had high speed with low heat). Dries my almost-shoulder-length, fine textured hair in minutes. Relatively quiet, even on the higher setting.
