Does Not Plump. Smells like cheap lip balm
Was looking forward to a lip plump with SPF - but No plumping effect. Smells like cheap lip balm - might be better off just buying that for $5 to get the SPF. Returning.

They change the formula and it no longer works well.
I have been using this for years and it used to be the best on the market now in my opinion, it does absolutely nothing. They changed the container that it came in, and something that it is made with because it no longer works for me.
