Surprisingly wonderful product
This was the first time I purchased this product and I was surprised that it was white coming out of the bottle , but once on the face, it literally turned the color of my skin. It had a light, creamy texture while providing that finished look of a foundation. I can touch up throughout the day as needed without it feeling that another layer is being added. I had been using another brand’s similar product for years but I love how natural this new product looks.

Flex medium tint
This is a really good sunscreen with tint. I am light to medium yellow toned and ordered the medium. The medium is a little too dark at this time, but I am able to make it work by bringing it down my neck and wearing a lighter powder on top. It gives light medium coverage so you can skip foundation.

Best tinted SPF so far
First let me preface by saying my skin is light olive with rosacea. Most tinted SPF's are too peachy/orangey for me. I got this in Medium and it goes on about 1-2 shades darker than my skin but doesn't look orange. I wait about 20 minutes before I put on my powder foundation. At that time, because of my red cheeks, and it being a little dark on me, I apply my powder foundation only on my cheeks and nose, and use a little setting powder everywhere else. I would say the coverage of this sunscreen is anywhere between light and medium with a second coat. I am on my second bottle and will continue to use.

I love these products from Colorscience. It feels good on the skin and leaves a radiant glow. I am in between colors so I use the bronze to add a little color to the Flex medium. It would be great to have these without sunblock.

I love the texture.
I love the texture of this sunscreen - less shiny than the normal FACE SHIELD. However, the shade I bought is too light for me - I totally didn't expect that - and I am sure the next shade would be too dark. Really hard to determine your shade online and this is not a cheap product.

I prefer the regular sunshield by Colorescience
After reading about all the hype and the product launch about this brand new sunscreen from Colorescience, I decided to order it. Usually I use Colorescience face shield, the regular sunscreen they have had out for the last few years. The regular face shield has a much more watery consistency which I have grown to love. I found this new Flex version to be too thick for my face. I had to use 3x my normal amount to get it to spread across my face. I did not care for it and will not order it again. I will stick to the regular Colorescience faceshield sunscreen in regular color mixed with their glow and bronze.

Great Coverage for a sunscreen
I tried this for the first time and loved it! The coverage is great. It took a little time to mix on the skin to get the color to match but after working into the skin and letting it sit for a minute, it matched perfectly. It is not heavy and it is moisturizing on the skin. I will buy this again.

Best one and done sunscreen
I have tried many high end brand sunscreens and while they felt good I found that Colorscience Flex was the one I continued to reach for the most. It really does look the closest to a foundation. While other tinted sunscreens look great at first but wears off and sometimes even looks blotchy after awhile the Flex still looks beautiful hours later. It can also be mixed with the other shades to provide you with the perfect match and provides me with the best protection. I have already repurchased.

Great every day sunscreen
I read a lot of reviews about this product before purchasing. It is a great sunscreen. I use It daily since I’ve purchased. I was worried that the tint would be greasy or orangey like many other tinted sunscreens I have tried before. It isn’t like that at all. It looks great on my skin, in fact I don’t really notice a color at all or extra shine. My skin just looks nice and healthy. I do still use foundation in addition, but I could see not needing to in the summer or on weekends. I highly recommend this product and will repurchase.

Nice Coverage
Although the coverage is fine, this product takes too many steps to use. I have to activate the color by rubbing my hand together, then after application I have to wash my hands thoroughly. I can't just use an application sponge. I probably won't buy this again.

As my sole sunscreen no. As makeup, yes.
This does not work for me as a face sunscreen. I am not one of those people who measures out the teaspoon or whatever, but I still like to make sure I have adequate spf coverage...and with this sunscreen that resulted in my face looking waaaaaay more makeup-y than I wanted and kinda greasy...well, not greasy but it just felt like I had this kinda gross filmy layer on my skin. To be fair, I am not a makeup/foundation person. However, I have found that this works great when I use it on top of my dedicated face sunscreen in a very small amount (like two pea sizes) just to give me a hint of color and evening of skin tone. So I guess, when I treat it like foundation it works lol.
