Hair felt dry and brittle after use

I normally use the good behavior spray and wanted to find something else in a lower price range and I came across this one. I normally spray it on after I blow dried and styled my hair. Throughout the course the day, my hair started to feel dry and brittle and my scalp itched (my hair is bleached blond professionally). I tried to use it a couple more times and it was the same thing so I quit using it. The "anti frizz" claim didn't work for me either.
