I've been using this for years and can't live without it. I consider it the best AHA wash on the market today. While showering apply a small amount on a wet loofah sponge and massage gently all over body and especially shoulders and neck area. After 2 uses, there's a noticeably soft smooth touchable skin. Highly highly recommended.
