I'm surprised!
When I first purchased this product, I thought it could be defective since oil dispersed and according to the directions, the formula was to melt into a balm. I called Customer Service and made the paperwork to return. I decided to retry once more before sending back and I was very surprised that the formula was as per directions. Comes out in a thicker consistency and then blends into a balm. I actually like the product very much. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin sousing this product two or three days a week works well. It leaves an oily residue so might not to be tissued off or can leave on as is.
