Formula change?

Previously, I loved this neck cream. I used when it was called firming instead of moisturizing. The cream always went on so smoothly and did not irritate my mature sensitive skin! However, now as soon as I apply, instant burning and irritation!! Such a shame! This was the only product made specifically for the neck I could use!
