The best!
A little tacky but once you get the hang of it it really works. I just make sure I am very moisturized and if I am wearing concealer I apply that first because the brandts will ball up a little on you. I have paid way more for other tightening products and this is the best. Some days I apply more than one layer if needed. Good stuff.

My daughter received this as a promotional product among other promotional products! She did not need it so gave it to me. I tried it and it tightened the bags under my eyes fairly quickly. The only time I have issues with this is where there is a LOT of humidity, but otherwise, it works great.

I received a sample to try and was hooked immediately. So much so, I had my husband try it to see if I was over reacting. He noticed the difference to. It’s not instant. You have to follow the instructions to apply after eye moisturizer. You can’t use too much or you will have a chunky, flaky mess. I put on makeup afterward, and I notice the puffiness is gone about the time I’m in the car driving to work. The first time I noticed the transformation, it amazed me. I used it again the next day. Then, I ordered it for me and my husband. No regrets. I’ve tried one other under eye product from a mall kiosk. I hated it. It felt like super glue under my eyes and looked terrible. It wrecked my concealer. And it scared me a little not knowing what the ingredients were that I had under my eye.

A Lot Less Baggage
The product is good. The orange color scared me at first but it blends into my skin and there is no color showing. I'm comparing it to other puffiness products I've used and I feel I have to apply more than what I did with other products. It spreads nicely but more is definitively needed so it may not last as long as other products. I do see the under eye puffiness decrease with No More Baggage. I would really have given it a 4.5. I was hoping for less puff.
