This is a very good vitamin C serum. If you are looking to avoid silicones. Power dose C is a thin serum, just slightly thicker than water. It spreads easily, and feels quite hydrating. it will leave a very slight sheen on your face and may not be best for oily skinned folks. I did not feel any tingling sensation with this serum. There is a scent, but it is kind of generic, and is very faint. Sunscreen applied on top does not ball up. It is just over a half ounce, which nice since you do not have to worry about it going bad before you use it up.
