Excellent for Muscle Soreness
I purchased this project to help relieve leg muscle soreness from marathon training, and it has been wonderful. I haven't used it as a bath or shower oil, but have been using it as a lotion replacement after showering. The smell is not overpowering, and it absorbs quickly. I have noticed a real difference in the amount of weekly miles I can run without getting muscle aches and soreness.
