This balm was okay. It did moisturize my neck, but I can’t say that I noticed any improvement. I like most Elemis products, this just didn’t impress.

This is the second time I've ordered this product because it does make a difference. I don't believe anything will get us exactly what we would like, but this does a good job.

Nice product, not very moisturizing
It is a nice product with smooth texture and a pleasant scent, but for me it was not very moisturizing. At night I had to add another neck cream on top of that, as, neck and décolletage area still felt a bit dry. I will finish this bottle but will likely not be a repeat customer of this particular balm.

This is a nice product. I was noticing that my décolleté was starting to get that crepy look. I have used this for the first time these past 4 months and have noticed a definite improvement. It works!
