Nice finish
After using Elemis products for years, I am always excited to try the newer products. The eye balm is a nice consistency and spreads easily around the eye. It brightens the lower dark circle area fairly well and takes the place of a concealer for me.

ELEMIS Pro-Radiance Illuminating Eye Balm
It feels nice under your eyes and his a beige tint. Does it work? I am sure it is moisturizing, but it has not removed my fine lines or dark circles. Actually ROC for eyes really works well and much cheaper.
