It's hydrating and helped repair my skin from another extremely drying face wash that I had been using, but what I don't like about it is it leaves a white residue all over your skin. You can't see it, but it's there (even though you think you got it all off...and, believe me, I'm really thorough when it comes to rinsing). When you go to wash your face later you can literally scrape the previous washes residue off with your nails. Probably wouldn't buy this again.

Love the scent and feel of this cleanser. I thought it was a foaming type of cleanser, but it's a wipe off type, according to the package directions. I apply it as directed but rinse it off in the shower, and it seems to work just fine. I love it. I'm 64 years old, and my skin is considerably drier than when i was younger. This face cleanser is non drying, seems to get my skin clean without that "ouch" pulling dry feeling. Plus the rose scent makes me feel happy.
