Topically, I follow a focused facial regime using coffeeberry, caffeine, green tea, vitamins and antioxidants. I also consume an anti-inflammatory diet with lots of plant based protein, color spectrum vege's, fish and fruit. My face glows. If you have ever worshiped the sun this mask will support tretinoin/retin-a in renewing skin cells and keeping the damage issues like actinic keratosis to a minium.
