Not My Favorite Cleanser

I really wanted to like this cleanser. I like foaming facial cleansers, that is why I purchased this one. Unfortunately, even though it says foaming cleanser in its name, it does not foam, it is more like a cream cleanser. It also does not do a great job of cleaning off eye makeup. I do not wear much makeup at all and yet there is always mascara (it is not even waterproof mascara) residue left under and on my eyes after I thoroughly cleanse my face. I will definitely look for a different cleanser in the future.
