I splurged and bought this because I had tried a sample and loved it. I’ve had trouble getting the charcoal beads to come out of the bottle. It’s finally working, but you gotta really shake the bottle. The cleanse gel feels great and it doesn’t dry your skin, but it only really works if you have the gel beads coming out. I’ve used the charcoal bar soap and this is more conditioning. Great brand.
