Good eye treatment, not eye cream

Impressed with the product. It soaks in “dry”, not hydrating/dewy so I use at night and then add a moisturizing eye cream over it. (In other words, did not work well for me layered under a concealer because was not moisturizing enough.) Just know it is more of a treatment than a cream.
