The worst product I have ever used

I had high hopes for this eye cream. It sounded amazing. Sadly, there are no pros to report. It creates sort of a film on my skin. (Does not absorb.) Once dried, anything else I try to put on (i.e. any other product including makeup), the Fillerina balls up and gives me the look of having peeling skin.
