The conditioner is gentle and is fine on the hair, even color treated and permed hair. it is very thick , I have to take the cap off to get the product out. The shampoo is good, if you need to stay away from highly scented products. This product line has been very helpful to me with the gentle ingredients and no fragrance added.

I would give this 5 stars, but the bottle is SO hard to squeeze. With a conditioner this thick, they should really put it in a flexible tube or a pump. I decanted mine into a pump bottle. As for the conditioner itself, it’s really good. I have coarse hair from years of coloring, and this smoothes it out without weighing it down. This whole line of products is great - I also love their facial moisturizer.
