Apply this clear matte lip liner and filler around the outer edge of the entire lip contour. This product fills in the fine lines and keeps your lip liner, lipstick and gloss from seeping into lip lines. It's very easy to sharpen and it lasts a long time. I apply this product after moisturizing and priming my face. Then I do a quick swipe again before I apply my nude lip liner and red lipstick. Instant Chic!!
