Covers everything
I am 57 and use Retin-A. My skin is very dry,red and flaky. I use a moisturizer for dry skin, let it dry, then I use a silicone primer. When my skin is very irritated I put on a thin layer with a beauty blender, let it dry, put on a second layer with a beauty blender. If my skin is not red and flaky I use 1 layer and it covers everything. Sounds like a lot of trouble, but isnt. It looks perfect. Dont even need concealer. After my skin became dry using Retin-A, I tried probably 15 high and low end foundations and this one was perfect. I use CeraVe moisturizer in the round tub. It was recommended by my dermatologist. It is only $11.00 and feels great.My skin is beginning to look good. The worse thing I ever did to my skin was tan. Those sunspots dont show up until years later.I use a very small amt. of silica powder as a finishing powder. Looks and feels great!

A natural look

Satin was too matte for me
I found this stuff to be way too thick, difficult to apply. It always looked very caked on my skin and dried out. I would not repurchase.

Nice, non-oily foundation
I keep coming back to Glo Mineral foundation. It's not oily--a major plus--and doesn't cake and cause fizzures in my skin. It's shear. I strayed and used Origins for a minute, but it was so oily I felt as if I was in a tropical desert from the time it went onto my skin. I came back to Glo and am happy I did.

Love this foundation!
I have been using a mineral pressed base foundation and wanted a little more coverage. I couldn't be happier with this liquid foundation. It goes on nicely (I use a moist foundation brush and mix with a little moisturizer) and has a nice finish that looks good all day. I've had no breakouts and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.
