Does not do what it claims to do!

I am so shocked at the raving reviews this product has. I thought the application was sort of sticky, but I was so hopeful after reading the reviews that I looked passed that. I did not find this product to blur my complexion, and it did not keep the shine away. Within 2 hours, I needed to blot my face. I am so disappointed that this mattifying primer did not work for me at all.
