Brow pencil not what it used to be
I have purchased 3 taupe brow Glo Skin Beauty pencils and find they are waxy or something. I can’t get them to deposit much if any color on my brows. I’m using the stubs of the old brown pencils with their old formula. Not happy with their new formula.
