Glo Skin Beauty Pressed Base
I did like this powder; however, the shade was too light. My fault. I don't usually tend to use these powders as foundation, but extra coverage over my liquid foundation. I do use another brand of pressed base that works a little better for my skin. That said, I'm tempted to try the Glo Skin Beauty again but in a darker shade to see if maybe that's the only reason for me not liking it quite as well. This powder did perform well on me. I do have dry aging skin and didn't notice that it settled in lines. Also wore pretty good throughout the day even though the color was a bit off.

I love Glo products I have the golden medium, and now the golden dark. I think they run a little light. I'm very olive/yellow toned skinned, Italian. The golden medium is a beautiful shade, I just wanted it slightly darker, so I just purchased the Golden dark. This shade is beautiful as well, however, has a little more of a beige tone to it. Still very nice. I wear this powder over my revision tinted moisturizer, and it looks very natural and dewy. I would highly recommend it! It never blocks my pores either.

For my dry, aging skin I have really struggled finding a foundation that is dewy without looking oily, that provides coverage and doesn't accentuate my fine lines. I'd used this years ago in my 20s and just didn't think it would work for me now in my 40s, especially with dry, often flaky skin. This is what I have been looking for to use as a foundation. I have tried so many different brands of makeup, including CC creams, liquid foundations and other pressed powder foundations. I am a 68 year old woman with a couple of deeper wrinkles around the mouth and I have large pores and a few broken veins. It sounds awful when I read that in print; however, overall, my skin is in pretty good condition for my age. What I love about this product is that it covers all the imperfections perfectly. I applied it with a Kabuki brush and with very little time or effort my skin looked terrific. I am truly amazed! It did not settle in my wrinkles, but looked very natural. I hope it is never discontinued.
