lipstick shipped broken
Unfortunately, this lipstick shipped broken. Which leads me to believe the formula may be too soft to withstand heat, which is not good, because you can be carrying this lipstick in your purse on a hot day, and it could break this way too. I'm giving 3 stars because the LovelySkin service was good, and they refunded me right away.
