I had great hope for changing my spots but not much is happening. The directions are not very clear: there is a diagram of a female head touching the tip of the tube to her cheek. So I dabbed a bit for a week and nothing happened. Then I began using about a half-inch long bit of product and skipped diluting it with guinot liftosome. In a few days I will run out of product and I can't imagine buying it again.
