I’m not really sure what this hum item is suppose to do help you lose weight or just flatten your stomach. I haven’t noticed any difference yet. Maybe I haven’t taken it long enough it hasn’t been a month yet that iv been takng it. So I don’t really know what to think about the product. I wish it would help me lose a little weight but I’m not sure what will happen yet.
