I have been taking the Red Carpet supplement for a few weeks but have not noticed any changes in skin , hair or nails yet. Pills are small, easy to swallow and seem like a good value for the price. Maybe I’ll notice some changes in the next few weeks.

I know HUM has a nail formula but I notice nail growth with this one, not the one with biotin, as well as less hair fall. No stomach upset from taking this and no issues swallowing these pills (I have a narrowed esophagus so it's a concern for me). I've tried to find a cheaper alternative but I've only found formulas with gelatin and other animal ingredients, so I stick with HUM for the clean, vegan ingredients.
