Just a supplement

I used this supplement for FOUR straight months. I took four capsules a day (I never missed a day), and I paid a mini fortune hoping it would do something to my fine, thin hair. The only thing that happened was my nails grew slightly faster and stronger. If you are looking for results with hair or skin, these won't deliver any magical results. Stick with using a high quality multi-vitamin instead. These are waaaay too expensive for very minimal returns.
