I don't know yet...
To be fair I haven't really tried this yet. I thought I was ordering this product in pill form and was completely bummed when I received it. I tried it in a hot chocolate mix, but it thickened so fast, and although I still tasted it, it wasn't pleasant at all..will have to try it in something else some time soon. Hard to find the use for this product and so therefore, I wouldn't purchase it again.
