Good, but not sold
Easy to take and no side effects or reactions. With that being said, I am not 100% sold that these make a significant difference. It did seem like I had less severe breakouts, but not sure if that can be attributed to other factors.

These seem to be agreeing with me......so far. It has only been a couple of weeks but I have high hopes! The only down side, you have to take 2, which is not an issue but that they are rather large. Just make sure you drink plenty of water with them to prevent indigestion.
