Ok, so I have used ampoules and other products that have a device included where you have to break the glass tip off to be able to use the product. This is what is supposed to happen here too but the device provided to break the tips off, actually does not work right. I have used it 4x now and each time the glass has broken in the wrong place, causing shards of glass to be present, jagged edges on the product, and loss of the product all together. The one I did last night broke where the product was housed, causing it to all go right down the drain. Earlier in the day when I used the item provided to break the glass, it resulted in shard of glass IN THE PRODUCT as well as sharp jagged edges. But for this issue, I would have liked it.
