It's taken quite some time to see results, but they do come. This Serum seems to become grainy, even though it's new. I haven't noticed any significant signs of firming, but do see an overall clarity and glow. I was initially attracted to Jan Marini's product line because of the DMAE, which significantly firms. I will continue to use 2 times a day and then decide if I want to continue.
