I bought this by mistake thinking it was a conditioning mascara. I’m happy I made the mistake. Being home during this pandemic, I haven’t worn mascara that often. I just put this on and my light blond lashes that you can hardly see are getting really healthy and strong. None are falling out and it’s helped me to not rub my eyes-an especially bad thing to do right now. I’m pretty sure they’re longer but I’ll wait until I put on mascara to see. Enjoying not doing it. When I was a teenager my friends and I used to put Vaseline on our lashes. It was really messy but we thought it defined our lashes when we weren’t allowed to wear mascara yet. This is the same idea but it’s not messy, conditions and strengthens the lashes and is perfect for just being home. I’ll probably buy the mascara too, but wish it came in colors!

Great lash conditioner to lash extender
I used this only as a conditioner for my lashes at night so I can't comment on how this works as a primer. I would put this on my lashes at night and I felt that it worked well as a conditioner, lash extender, and helped to strengthen my lashes. I personally would did not wear this alone during the day because the product is white and not clear. I do love the results after wearing it for multiple weeks every night.

Perfect primer under Jane Iredale mascara, nourishing & enhancing lashes. After reading reviews I tried letting it dry first before applying mascara & also applying mascara over damp primer. I prefer immediately putting on my mascara. The mascara separates the damp primed lashes while making them long & full.

Great Lash Extender and Conditioner
I had used one other lash conditioner, prior to trying Jane Iredale's PureLash, that you use before applying mascara and was not a big fan. It made my lashes long but really didn't condition my lashes and was hard to cover without applying a lot of mascara. I received a free sample of the PureLash Extender and Conditioner. I tried it with some skepticism but was very surprised at how well PureLash works both as a lash extender and a conditioner. I was so impressed with this product that I purchased it in the full size. I continue to use my nighttime lash conditioner but its results are enhanced by using PureLash.

It Works!
I've had life long issues with skimpy, super straight and delicate lashes. Some of them fall out in small sections from time to time and would take forever to grow back. I've tried a few lash conditioners and extenders, some of them were combined in 1 product. None of them worked. They left huge clumps on my lashes, didn't help with curling, and did nothing for lash fall-out. I was skeptical about trying another one, but I took a chance and tried Jane Iredale PureLash Extender and Conditioner. I've been using it for almost 3 months, and I'm very pleased with the results. My missing lashes have grown back, though I wouldn't say I have more lashes than before. I don't think that this will grow extra lashes, but it certainly looks like it! My lashes feel softer, and I rarely lose them now. I apply the product at bedtime after makeup removal, and again in the morning as part of my makeup routine. I let the product dry on my lashes before I curl them, and then I apply mascara. It does not cause my lashes to stick to the curler, like some products do. My lashes look thicker, and the curl holds so much better than before. The product rarely leaves a clump, but when it does, it is easily removed with a clean lash brush. It doesn't make the mascara clump either. It doesn't irritate my very sensitive eyes. I'm very happy to have found this Lash Extender and Conditioner!
