Hard to use
This was hard to use, it fell apart as I was applying it. My eyes did look bright and hydrated afterwards though.

The thing I don't like about this is manual. The package comes with a vital and masks. You have to pour something out of the vital onto the masks and allow them to soak then put them onto under your eyes. That is all.
