I use this shampoo once every four washes followed by the K18 hair mask. Make sure you follow the directions for this and the K18 system to work. My thin, fine blonde hair has less breakage than I’ve had in years. It soft and shiny and less breakage means I retain my hair growth! My hairdresser is shocked at how much my hair has improved

I don't color my gray hair, and as I age my hair seems to get finer and limper with more frizz. I have used it as a prep for the k18 leave in repair mask . You only need to use a small amount to get lather. In the summer my scalp is more oily and I noticed on day 2 my hair still looks good. Even if I air dry on day 2 my hair still looks full.
