Changed for the worse

I've been using this shampoo for years, and this time it's different. It looks, feels, smells, and works different than before. It leaves my hair feeling heavy rather than clean, and I've even changed my styling product routine to try to compensate. It's not working. It's especially disappointing because I bought the large bottle this time.
